What is web hosting?
In addition to the email services included when registering or transferring a domain name, me2uweb is able
to offer web hosting services on either our Unix or Windows servers. We provide you with space on our
servers for you to upload your web site so it can be viewed by visitors entering your domain name in their web browser.

Do you support Microsoft FrontPage?
Yes, on both our Unix and Windows servers. Please see our
hosting page for details of which of our hosting plans include
Microsoft FrontPage support.
Note: Due to the shared environment (virtual hosting), FrontPage subwebs, usage analysis and user management
features are disabled.
You should only request the installation of the server extensions if you intend to use Microsoft's FrontPage
software to create and upload your web site. On our Windows servers and earlier Unix accounts, once FrontPage
extensions have been installed, you will not be able to upload your files and manage your site using FTP.

How do I transfer files to my Site?
Files can be transferred to the web server using an FTP program (File Transfer
Protocol). Detailed instructions for configuring your FTP program to work with our servers can be found in the control panel help pages.
Some web design packages including
Microsoft FrontPage include utilities for uploading your site and thus additional
software will not be required.

Can I update my pages as often as I
want?
You have unlimited access to your site via FTP or FrontPage 24-hours a day. As
such, you can create and maintain your web pages on your own computer and upload
files to your web site at your leisure. You can change and update your site as
often as you want to.

Will I have TELNET access to my account?
No, we do not offer telnet access. Telnet access is not necessary as you can manage
all aspects of your account via your control panel.
